Yuh Fen graduated from the University of Malaya in 2017 and passed CLP exam in 2018. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2019. Yuh Fen joined Belden in 2018 and later joined Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) as the Deputy Head of Legal from 2023 to 2024. In 2025, Yuh Fen re-joined Belden and became a Partner of the firm. Yuh Fen specializes in on-project advisory, dispute resolution and contract drafting for energy, construction and engineering projects. She provides strategic legal guidance throughout the project lifecycle, advising clients on contractual risks management, dispute avoidance and claims resolution. Yuh Fen is also actively involved in arbitration, adjudication and court proceedings, representing clients in both domestic and international dispute resolution forums. Yuh Fen has contributed to the development of construction contract frameworks, including her involvement in drafting the AIAC Standard Form of Building Contract and the AIAC Islamic Standard Form of Building Contract. Yuh Fen is well-versed with domestic and international standard forms of contract, including PAM, PWD, FIDIC, JCT, PSSCOC and SIA. International arbitration relating to the design and fabrication of offshore rigid risers.

Arbitration involving disputes relating to the design and construction of sewer line and associated pumping facilities.
