Role
To handle construction dispute resolution matters and the day-to-day administration of matters proactively. These may be Court Litigation, Arbitration or CIPAA adjudication. Construction dispute resolution experience will be an advantage.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ PQE and admitted to the Malaysian Bar with a valid Practising Certificate
- Must have experience in Court-work, arbitration and adjudication
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and investigative
- Passion for advocacy
- Team player
- Good client-management skills
