Kee Meng Fai is a senior partner of Belden, specializing in construction, energy, and infrastructure law. He has over 15 years’ experience in this specialist area, having practised in Singapore and Malaysia. Currently, Meng Fai handles domestic and international arbitrations in the Asia Pacific region and other forms of ADR, including mediations, expert determination and early neutral evaluations. He also appears regularly in the appellate courts of Malaysia. Meng Fai is highly sought by his clients for his keen attention to detail when handling cases. Apart from dispute resolution, his practice includes drafting and advising on construction contracts, offering valuable guidance on project management for a wide range of infrastructure projects, such as urban transport, high-value commercial developments and mixed-use projects. Meng Fai leverages his legal expertise alongside a seasoned understanding of the industry to deliver practical solutions for his clients. He empowers his clients through training to strengthen their in-house legal and project management capabilities and ensure they remain resilient and adept within the industry.
