Adrian specialises in dispute resolution in the construction and engineering industry. His focus area is urban and major infrastructure projects and he provides on-project advisory in respect of claims and disputes for many of his clients.

Adrian is an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator. He also handles other forms of dispute resolution such as expert determination and early neutral evaluation. He has appeared in all levels of the Malaysian court system, domestic and international arbitrations.

His experience in dispute resolution and on-project advisory of construction & engineering industry includes:-

Design and construction of a multi-billion dollar hydro power station;
Design and construction of gas and coal-fired power stations;
Disputes relating to the largest urban sewerage upgrading and rationalisation works project in Kuala Lumpur involving claims totalling approximately RM300 million;
Design, maritime works and construction of a Maritime Centre, involving disputes on complex engineering issues;
Design, fabrication and installation of specialised steel structures;
Disputes in respect of installation of 33kV transmission lines;
Disputes relating to laying and disruptions to underground utility services;
Disputes relating to design and construction of mixed development projects;
Disputes relating to the construction of a water distribution system from a suburban water treatment plant to a high-level reservoir to supply water to demand areas in the Klang Valley;
Design and construction of various luxury high rise condominiums, housing and factory projects.
